I partner with governments, civic tech organizations, and nonprofits to understand complex community needs and design services that actually work for the people who depend on them. My work spans participatory and trauma-informed research, human-centered service design, and strategy — with a consistent focus on equity, access, and findings that translate into real decisions.
I also teach, mentor, and run workshops to help emerging practitioners and institutional teams build the skills and frameworks needed to bring people-centered practice into public services.
Available for contract engagements, embedded team roles, and workshops on service design, participatory research, and people-centered public service.
