At the VA, I advised senior leaders and created frameworks and playbooks now used across 170 hospitals and millions of Veterans.
I run executive strategy sessions, bring peers together, and make practical tools—frameworks, playbooks, evaluation criteria—that help teams work better. I center listening to those closest to problems, encourage honest dialogue, and build lasting systems.
